Our Team
Dan Duke
Dan is the President of Duke Engineering. He has over 30 years experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in road design and maintenance, bridge design, evaluation and rehabilitation, and site suitability evaluations, including stormwater management and drainage plans. Dan has extensive experience collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors in residential custom construction primarily in the Muskoka area.
Alex Cook
Alex is one of our professional engineers. Before living in Muskoka, Alex worked in project management for a deep foundations contractor in Toronto. He has extensive experience on a variety of projects, but he particularly enjoys custom home building and finding solutions to the unique challenges that constructing on the Canadian shield brings.
Nicole Coumbs
Nicole has been one of our Structural EITs since graduating from McMaster University with a BEng in Civil Engineering. Her experience, creativity, and attention to detail make her one of our go-to employees for residential structural design.
Jacob Gordon
Jacob is our Junior CAD Designer. He studied Architectural Technology at Georgian College where he developed a passion for sustainable architecture and problem-solving. He enjoys addressing the distinctive challenges of building in and around Muskoka.
